L'Incarnazione del Gusto is a mural created by artist Neve in 2016 on the industrial silo of Biffi (Formec Biffi) in Piacenza.

A large-scale spray painting on the industrial silo of Biffi (Formec Biffi) in Piacenza, inside the company's production facility and visible from the road. The subject is a woman — the incarnation of taste. The figure is blonde, eyes closed or lowered, head tilted in a posture of sensory absorption. One hand, dark-nailed, rests against her face — the gesture of someone tasting something, or listening to their own pleasure. Around her and over her — cascading from above, pressing in from the sides — the ingredients: ripe tomatoes, yellow and green bell peppers, corn, cucumber, onion, garlic, apple, and what appears to be a crayfish. They do not decorate her; they are her crown, her context, her world. She does not hold them — they hold her. The logic is direct: the woman does not represent Biffi (Formec Biffi). She is what Biffi (Formec Biffi) aspires to be. Not a product, not a label, but a sensory state — the moment when something tastes exactly as it should, when the ingredients add up to something more than the sum of their parts. "L'incarnazione del gusto" — the incarnation of taste — is a body and a condition at once. The cylindrical surface of the silo was integral to the image. The composition wraps around the structure, the produce and the figure following the curve, so that the painting changes as the viewer moves around it — different ingredients coming forward, the woman appearing from different angles, the image never fully resolved from any single position. It is a painting that moves.
