Fuoricinema 2019.

Le Grazie dell'Acqua is an interior mural created by artist Neve in June 2019 at Anteo Palazzo del Cinema, Milan, for the Fuoricinemà festival, 4th edition.
A mural painted for the 4th edition of Fuoricinemà — the cultural event held at Anteo Palazzo del Cinema on Via Milazzo, Milan, around which the street is closed to traffic and becomes a kind of red carpet for cinema. The 2019 edition ran on the theme of love. Two Baroque-style figures, rendered in monochromatic grey as if they were marble sculptures, are painted in a tight, close embrace — their bodies pressing together, faces almost touching. One figure is darker, warmer in tone; the other lighter, stone-white. A red inverted triangle sits between them at the centre of the composition: the only colour in the image apart from the red where flesh and warmth break through the grey. Above the triangle, a triangular fluorescent light fixture on the actual wall is incorporated into the composition. Neve's signature and Instagram handle are at lower right. The work was covered by Corriere della Sera (June 18, 2019).
